Brand + acquisition
Company-wide campaigns, lead generation, and new-customer programs. A compelling story, with a commercial purpose.
OMNICHANNEL GROWTH LEADER / AI CHAMPION
Hi, I’m Tom. I connect brand, performance,
and people to grow the whole business.
Full-stack marketer. Former agency owner.
An owner’s perspective. A creative’s curiosity.

Arrow keys to look around

Good marketing starts with understanding how a business actually works.
Before moving in-house, I spent years running an agency. Different categories. Different products. Different ways of reaching customers. That experience taught me to see the whole system—and owning the P&L taught me to care about what it delivers.
Today, I lead acquisition and retention at JustFoodforDogs. My team connects brand, performance, content, and marketing science across DTC, 50 owned stores, wholesale, Amazon, and Chewy.com.
Over my four years with the brand, our work has contributed to double-digit growth every year, outpacing the category. I’m proud of the business we’re helping build—and the people growing alongside it.
I use AI to help the team do more with less: explore ideas, learn faster, and make more room for the creativity and judgment people bring to the work.
The professional backstory ↗Annual brand growth during my tenure
Built DREAMFIELD. Owned the P&L.
Connecting the dots at JustFoodforDogs
From the first impression to lifelong advocacy.
My team connects the work that creates demand, drives growth, and turns first-time customers into raving brand advocates.
Company-wide campaigns, lead generation, and new-customer programs. A compelling story, with a commercial purpose.
Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and Instacart. Paid social and SEM that connect brand building with measurable business growth.
DTC lifecycle marketing, Klaviyo flows, campaigns, and automations. Turning a first trial into a lasting relationship—and a reason to tell a friend.
50 JustFoodforDogs stores: 12 kitchens and 38 pantries. Marketing that brings people into our own spaces to experience the food and brand firsthand.
Growth across Target, Meijer, Vons, Pavilions, Wegmans, Petco, and PetSmart. Connecting our brand story with how customers shop each partner.
Amazon and Chewy.com are important growth levers. My team supports these channels as part of one connected omnichannel growth strategy.
Content strategy, SEO/AEO, and reputation management. AI helps us explore and develop ideas; human insight keeps the brand useful and credible.
Haus incrementality testing, reporting, and analysis. Understanding what creates additional growth—and where to invest next.
Brand stories people believe in.
Marketing that moves the business forward.
Brand and performance belong in the same conversation. I connect meaningful creative with paid social, SEM, customer acquisition, and retention to build demand and turn it into lasting customer relationships.
Customers experience one brand. I connect DTC, our 50 owned stores, wholesale partners, Amazon, and Chewy.com with lifecycle marketing, CRM, Klaviyo flows, and automations. Content strategy and SEO/AEO build visibility wherever people search.
My team owns the reporting, analysis, and incrementality testing through Haus. Understanding what creates additional growth gives us a better basis for investment decisions than clicks or attributed conversions alone.
People leadership is one of my favorite parts of the job. I build high-performing growth teams through clear direction, trust, honest feedback, and room to take ownership. AI helps us do more with less, but the team’s judgment, creativity, and empathy make the work valuable. Helping people grow matters as much to me as helping the business grow.
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE STACK
I love managing people. Helping someone find their strengths, take ownership, and grow in their career is one of the most rewarding parts of this work.
I build high-performing growth teams through clear direction, trust, and room to do meaningful work. I champion AI to expand what the team can do with the resources we have, while keeping human judgment, creativity, and care at the center.
A few things that keep
the creative side fed.

Sketching, creating, and finding another way to look at things.
